Avoid all chemicals coming into contact with your jewellery.

You are accepting this upon ordering a special offer discounted piece. However if damage has been caused to the setting they are non replaceable.

One off special offer pieces receive 12 months warranty on the inclusion stone.

Orders can only be sent to the address provided on the order.

Aftercare must be followed per our instructions.

If inclusion kits are not sent back to us within 6 weeks we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

You are responsible for the return postage costs.

However if we suspect aftercare has not been followed and the damage to your stone has been caused by yourself we reserve the right to void your warranty and refuse free service.

You are provided with 12 months warranty for your inclusion stone only.

After this period we are not obliged to cancel/exhange/refund your order.
